THE YOGA LIBRARY AT THE BASIC SPACE
Basic Space is a beautiful neighborhood yoga studio based in SW London. You’ll find the classes vary in style depending on who is teaching it, and all of our teachers are quite unique so it’s best to shop around, read their bios, and see who’s style resonate most with you.
All of their classes are open to all levels, so beginners are always welcome, but we recommend letting the teacher know if it’s your first class so we can give you some extra guidance.

Get your workout mojo back
While we can't predict how our year will look, there is one thing we could all do with, and that's a new beginning on resolutions as a whole. While new starts invite new opportunities, we believe incremental changes can sometimes be more beneficial than creating many big goals.
Here, we're sharing a few ways how to prioritise and bring joy to your own life's practice. Take what you need, and leave the rest, you're guaranteed to take something away with you.
Things we're leaving behind in 2022
It’s natural that the turn of the year has us looking ahead. Workout wise, we’re trained to set goals; to foresee the new moves in the fitness world and our moods that will delight, excite and renew our own practice. We don’t know exactly what this year will hold, but we do know what we won't be taking into this new year.
