Community and Brand Intern

Unpaid 3 Month Internship

Location: London (Hybrid Role)

Reporting to: Head of Brand & Marketing

We're looking for a Brand Assistant to maintain a seamless, full-circle experience, assisting in all areas of the business with a specific focus on community influencers, events, stock management and customer communications.. The ideal candidate has experience in retail and should be highly organized and detail-oriented. This candidate has a strong interest in PR, influencers, e-commerce, workouts and wellness and will succeed by delivering support while always aiming to delight PR, Influencers and retain customers.

What you'll be doing...

• Overview: Supporting the Head of Brand and Marketing and Social & Marketing exec, in daily support across social, community and pr. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Brand and Social & Marketing exec to support all areas of the business. Helping the team scale our social, pr and marketing efforts.

• PR: Support the Brand and Marketing team with their day-to-day operations. Working alongside the head of brand and marketing to ensure influencer and brand partnerships for UK, UAE, ROW.. Ensuring samples are tracked, correctly labelled, received and returned in a timely manner for shoots, buying appointments and VIP dressing opportunities.  Monitor press coverage, reporting weekly and monthly coverage, impact and progress. Assist on press days and other exciting events. Responsible for arranging gifting to be sent out, stock amendments, and tracking. Monthly reporting on influencer marketing performance. Build targeted media and stylist lists. Arrange assets for content and press requests to secure media exposure.

• Partnerships and Events: Support day-to-day campaigns with influencers, studios and retailers. From research, outreach, onboarding, campaign, execution and completion. You'll be working with the team on press and influencer events, as well as studio classes and public events. (This can include weekends)

• Communications: Support our daily communications with customers on social media by replying to comments, DM’s, queries and day to day feedback. You’ll work closely with our Social associate and customer care team to spot recurring issues and support with a seamless customer experience.
