Here at SILOU, we are so close to our relationship with our global #WomenofSILOU community.  You’re all our family – part of this beautiful community that supports us and shares our values. It’s because of our love for each of you that we are sharing this important news here. With heavy hearts we wanted to share some details about the future of SILOU. It’s hard to believe over a year has passed since the global pandemic began. No one could have imagined how much would change.

At SILOU an accumulation of challenges, together with the impact of the global pandemic, Brexit, and our latest collection , (ironically called ATLAS) disappearing in transit. We’ve had to make a few heartbreaking decisions to sustain our little business. We stated slowing down whilst we continued to search for the missing shipment in April 2021. Our loving team was reduced whilst taking care of your global needs.

We’ve done meaningful work together. Supporting Women’s Refuge, 1% for the Planet, mental wellness and inspiring you to move, cook, listen and learn through , let’s face it - a pretty hard year for us all. We believe in you, and believe that the work for sustainable clothes that are kind to you and the planet will live on.

Keep moving forward and create ways to make a positive impact on the world. Together we put our best moves into the world, and for that we are forever grateful. Thank you for your positivity and support, your support means the world.

ONLINE ORDERS

We will continue to honour online orders which have already been placed until September 30th 2021. Including those made over the Sale. If you've an existing online order or place an order before 4pm on September 30th it should arrive as normal.
For peace of mind, it's important to bear in mind that there's more of a risk of with placing an order closer to our final date, as our team will not be on hand to follow up the process of your delivery. If you do decide to make an online purchase, use a debit card, or a credit card if the item costs over £100.

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send the confirmation email which will include your order tracking number. Items can be tracked through the shipping partner link provided.

All European and international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. We are unable to advise on these costs, as they are country specific. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information regarding taxes and duties, which are applied to orders delivered outside the UK. Responsibility for any import fees, duties and/ or taxes that are incurred on the package rest with the customer.

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK 

All European and international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. We are unable to advise on these costs, as they are country specific. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information regarding taxes and duties, which are applied to orders delivered outside the UK. If you have a gift card, spend it as soon as possible because there's no guarantee it'll remain valid. 

RETURNS 

SEND YOUR RETURNS FOR SEPTEMBER 14TH 2021 LATEST

We understand things don’t always go to plan, so if when you receive your new piece(s) from us, and they aren’t quite right here are your options.You have up to 14 days from the date you received your order to return. 

Due to a reduction in staff we can no longer offer exchanges. 

Please be aware, our last opportunity for our customer service team to process returns will be September 30th. After this, our process will be much slower. Therefore we highly recommend to order before September 10th and return any unwanted items by September 14th to ensure you can talk to us to follow up your return process. 
To ensure you receive your refund for return please dispatch your order return by September 14th to ensure we can process a full refund. 


PRE-PAID RETURNS TO POST OFFICES (UK ONLY)

You can deliver your return to any Post Office (either stand-alone or store locations). To find your nearest office, consult http://www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder. Please make sure if you do this the item is a tracked and signed for service to support our records and deliver to the address below.

RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE UK)

To return an item from outside of the UK, please send your items to the address below.

You will have to pay for your postage as we currently do not support international return. Please ensure to choose a delivery service that provides tracking to support your return and follow the returns instructions below. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (UK AND GLOBAL)

Mark the returns form alongside the item you wish to return. If you would prefer to exchange the item, enter the new size in the exchange field.
If you have received a defect item, mark the item as "Fault" with the reasoning.

Returns MUST be unworn, unused and unwashed with all garment tags attached. Returns will be carefully processed to ensure they are returned in the state in which they were sent. This means free of make-up and deodorant marks and fragrance free.

Please fill in the returns form and include it with your return. We will not accept returns if they have any of the following:
· Makeup or deodorant marks
· Any strong odours
· Swing tags and/or packaging is missing.

If you have lost your physical return form, please fill in the form below and attach a note to your return with your name, order number and return reason. This will allow us to process your return sooner rather than later
