1. This time of year brings about fresh ideas and resolutions for many. I like to think back on the successes of the previous year, how I can enhance them and think forward to new goals and how these can be achieved.

2. Write it down, tell your partner and set the intention aloud! Letting others know of your goals, actions, and plans help to cement the motivation and get your creative juices flowing.

3. Set goals in different areas. I like to break down my goals in health, personal and professional. This ensures I fill all my buckets and think about my life as multi-faceted— because we all wear multiple hats on a daily basis!

4. Surround yourself with dreamers, doers, realists, fantasists, and cynics. We need them all! Some of my greatest ideas have been surged on by many different connections and collaborations. That is what life is all about!

5. Be open to change! This is something we all come across sooner or later. Remember that change brings a new shift of energy and makes space for new relationships, connections, and journeys. In this new year trust the unexpected. Get excited— you are, where you are meant to be!
